Project - In a striking departure from Bangkok's industrial vernacular, Curvy Dining emerges as a sculptural masterpiece that challenges conventional restaurant design. Conceived by Unknown Surface Studio, this 250-square-metre dining destination stands as a testament to organic architecture, where fluid forms and natural inspiration coalesce into a remarkable spatial experience.

Set against the raw industrial backdrop of Srinakarin - Rom Klao 19, the project's most compelling feature is its innovative interpretation of floral architecture. The design team, led by Cievanard Nattabowonphal, Piyanat Songkhorh, and Nonglak Boonsaeng, has masterfully translated the geometry of blooming flowers into a sophisticated architectural language. The result is a structure that appears to unfold from a central point, creating a mesmerizing interplay of curves and radial patterns.

What sets Curvy Dining apart is its thoughtful negotiation between geometric precision and organic fluidity. The exterior's squared framework provides a deliberate contrast to the flowing interior spaces, while the subtractive design approach carves out intuitive circulation paths that guide visitors through a carefully choreographed sequence of spaces.
