面积:16 hectares / 70 keys

Team:ANP interior architecture
Size:16 hectares / 70 keys
Location: Flores island, Indonesia
Feature:
Project - Marriott International's Luxury Collection unveils Ta'aktana, a stunning new resort nestled on the Indonesian island of Flores. This eco-conscious hideaway seamlessly blends contemporary design with rich local traditions, offering an unparalleled luxury experience just a stone's throw from the legendary Komodo National Park.
Set across 16 hectares of pristine landscape, Ta'aktana boasts 70 keys, including seven exclusive overwater sea villas. Balinese firm ANP Interiors drew inspiration from the region's distinctive spider-web-shaped Lingko rice terraces and the conical huts of the indigenous Manggarai people. The result is a harmonious fusion of cultural heritage and modern minimalism.
The resort's architectural language is defined by graceful curved silhouettes and meticulously crafted features utilizing natural wood and fibres. A standout element is the exquisite woven ceiling panels adorning the villas, showcasing a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional craftsmanship.
Ta'aktana's commitment to sustainability and community engagement is evident throughout. From upcycled fabric coasters in the Umasa restaurant to workshops celebrating Manggarai culture, the resort seamlessly integrates responsible tourism practices.
The Di'a Spa offers a unique wellness journey inspired by the island's Rangko and Batu Cermin caves, incorporating design elements that evoke natural formations. Culinary offerings span five distinct concepts, with Taba's Japanese robata cuisine and Umasa's farm-to-table Indonesian delights taking center stage.
Ta'aktana Labuan Bajo emerges as a testament to thoughtful design, cultural preservation, and uncompromising luxury, setting a new standard for hospitality in this burgeoning Indonesian destination.
