项目 –在蒙特利尔住房紧缺的大背景下,ADHOC建筑事务所推出的Rose des Vents学生公寓项目无疑是一针强心剂。这座坐落于充满活力的Angus Technopole科技园区的六层建筑,以其123套经济适用房单元,完美诠释了如何将可负担性、可持续发展和以社区为中心的设计理念融为一体。

 

项目最引人注目的设计元素是其动感十足的铝制网格外墙立面。这一创新应用不仅兼具遮阳和护栏的双重功能,还巧妙地展现了魁北克作为全球领先铝产地的工业底蕴。采用本地可回收材料,既增添了建筑外观的轻盈感,又彰显了设计师的环保理念。

 

Rose des Vents在可持续城市生活方面树立了新标杆。其能源效率比参考建筑高出35.5%,令人印象深刻。高性能外围护系统、绿色屋顶以及与区域创新能源循环系统的连接,共同促使温室气体排放减少51.5%。

 

该项目充分考虑了学生生活的特点,提供多种户型选择,包括巧妙利用层高的loft式公寓。连续的室外走廊和热闹的底层商业空间有效促进了社区互动。夜幕降临时,建筑立面仿佛被注入了新的生命,映射出学生生活的律动,成为城市中令人着迷的建筑奇观。

Project - In a bold response to Montreal's critical housing shortage, ADHOC architectes has unveiled Rose des Vents, a pioneering student residence that seamlessly blends affordability, sustainability, and community-centric design. Located in the vibrant Angus Technopole, this six-story complex offers 123 units of much-needed affordable housing for students.

 

The project's standout feature is its dynamic aluminum mesh facade, which serves dual purposes as both sunshade and guardrail. This locally-sourced, recyclable material not only adds a touch of lightness to the building's aesthetic but also embodies Quebec's industrial heritage as a leading aluminum producer.

 

Rose des Vents sets new standards in sustainable urban living, boasting an impressive 35.5% better energy performance than reference buildings. Its high-performance envelope system, green roofs, and connection to the district's innovative energy loop contribute to a 51.5% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

 

The design thoughtfully caters to student life, offering a variety of unit types including loft-style apartments that maximize ceiling heights. Continuous outdoor galleries and a lively ground floor with local services foster a strong sense of community. As night falls, the building's facade transforms, mirroring the dynamic rhythm of student life and creating a captivating urban spectacle.
