众建筑事务所通过一种创新的三层表皮系统，将深圳一栋海滨别墅改造成了正向能源住宅。这个"正向能源宅"项目展示了如何以可持续的方式改造现有建筑，提高能源效率，而无需拆除重建。

改造策略巧妙地在原有结构外部增加了两层外皮。一层隔热气密皮肤提升了建筑的保温性能，而最外层由曲线形太阳能屋顶组成，用于发电。这些层叠的预制桁架结构不仅创造出了统一的建筑形态，还提供了遮阳效果，同时保持了通风和视线的通畅。

项目的一大亮点是在原建筑和新增保温外壳之间创造的中庭空间。这个缓冲区域设有可开启的窗户，有利于自然通风，还包含了一面四层高的攀岩墙，满足了业主对攀岩运动的热爱。

该项目证明了如何将老旧建筑升级改造，使其产生的能源超过消耗。设计师通过结合机械通风等主动技术与堆叠通风、高性能建筑围护结构等被动策略，创造了一个可持续改造的典范。

这种方法不仅降低了建筑对环境的负面影响，还积极促进了环境再生，为住宅建筑的能源正向改造设立了可复制的标准。

People's Architecture Office has transformed a seaside villa in Shenzhen into a net-positive energy home through an innovative three-layer envelope system. The Positive Energy House showcases a sustainable approach to renovating existing buildings for enhanced energy efficiency without resorting to demolition and reconstruction.

The renovation strategy involved wrapping the original structure with two additional layers. An insulated, airtight skin improves thermal performance, while an outer layer of curvilinear solar roofs generates electricity. These stacked, prefabricated truss structures create a cohesive architectural form while providing shade and maintaining unobstructed views and airflow.

A key feature is the interstitial atrium space created between the original building and the new insulated shell. This buffer zone incorporates operable windows for passive ventilation and a four-story climbing wall, catering to the owner's passion for rock climbing.

The project demonstrates how older buildings can be upgraded to produce more energy than they consume. By combining active technologies like mechanical ventilation with passive strategies such as stack ventilation and high-performance building envelopes, the architects have created a model for sustainable renovation.

This approach not only reduces the building's environmental impact but actively contributes to regeneration, setting a replicable standard for energy-positive retrofits in residential architecture.
