考虑到家庭成员住在街对面的独特情况，住宅采用双入口设计，包括一个可容纳四辆车的驶入式停车区和一个温馨的步行入口。建筑师将这个功能性需求转化为一个设计亮点，创造出一个戏剧性的入口序列，其中拱门框架出整个物业的全景视图。

Project - In Bangkok's urban landscape, WARchitect's latest residential project stands as a masterful exploration of spatial dynamics and material contrast. The N26 Residence, completed in 2024, challenges conventional residential architecture through its bold L-shaped configuration and dramatic cantilevers that seem to defy gravity.

The 752-square-meter house, set on a relatively modest 282-square-meter plot, reimagines the relationship between interior and exterior spaces through its resort-like openness. The architects have crafted a sophisticated architectural narrative around a C-shaped volumetric language, expressed most dramatically in two key elements: a ground-floor box housing the workout room and office, and a striking second-floor master bedroom that extends six meters outward, floating dramatically above the swimming pool.

What sets this residence apart is its masterful material dialogue between industrial and organic elements. The exterior is clad in C-Channel steel, presenting a cool, sharp aesthetic that contrasts beautifully with the extensive use of teak wood throughout the interior – a material choice that not only adds warmth but also reflects the homeowner's family business. This interplay creates a dynamic visual tension that defines the project's character.

The home's dual-access design, responding to the unique circumstance of family members living across the street, informed a circulation strategy that includes both a four-car drive-in parking area and a welcoming pedestrian entrance. The architects have turned this functional requirement into an opportunity, creating a dramatic entrance sequence where an archway frames a panoramic view of the entire property.

Natural light plays a crucial role in the design, particularly in the main living area, where parallel glass walls and large sliding doors create a permeable boundary between inside and out. The landscaping further enhances this indoor-outdoor relationship, featuring a thoughtfully composed combination of lawn areas, rock gardens, and a natural waterfall, all orchestrated around a centerpiece red sage tree that anchors the visual composition.
